[Ingredients (makes about 4 cups ) ]
750ml red wine
100ml orange juice
4 tablespoons of honey
A little cinnamon powder
A little clove powder
【How to make】
1. Pour the red wine into a pot and heat over medium heat, then reduce to low.
② Inhale the steam through your nose and let the alcohol evaporate until it no longer tastes pungent.
③Add the orange juice and simmer over low heat for 1 minute.
4. Add the honey and mix until dissolved. Add cinnamon or clove powder to taste and it's done.
