When the weather gets hotter, you start craving ice-cold sangria , right?

It looks stylish when you put cut fruits and herbs in it.

It's a refreshing drink that's perfect for summer.

"Does sangria need to be soaked? How long should it be soaked for? I want to know how to make it!"

"I want to make delicious sangria at home. What kind of wine should I use?"

Sangria is typically made with leftover wine, so there's no need to use expensive wines.

It's a drink that satisfies the two things that women love: stylish and delicious, and it's perfect for livening up parties and girls' nights, but what kind of wine is best to use to make it?

I'm also curious as to whether or not to marinate it.

I'll introduce them one by one.

What is Sangria?

Sangria is a wine-based cocktail that originated in Spain and is known as the national drink of Spain.

You don't need to use special wine to make sangria; you can use leftover wine or a cheap wine under 1,000 yen and it will still be delicious.

The fruits you mix can be fresh, canned, or frozen; there are no particular rules, and one of the fun things about this recipe is that you can arrange it to your liking.

Try different sangrias and find the one that suits you best.

Is it illegal to make sangria by steeping it? Is it still delicious without steeping it?

Soak

Have you ever had any concerns about making sangria?

  1. Will it not taste good unless it is marinated?
  2. I heard making sangria is illegal, is that true?

Many of you may be wondering about these things, right?

Let's take a look below.

Can't it taste good without soaking it?

The answer is no.

Unless you are making authentic sangria, if you are just drinking it casually at home , you can make a delicious sangria by drinking it immediately after adding the fruit.

Be careful not to soak it for too long, as this may violate the Liquor Tax Act. (More on this later.)

There is no need to marinate it in any special way , as it can be made delicious simply by adding a little apple juice, orange juice, sugar, or brandy.

Is it illegal to make sangria?

You've probably heard a lot about this too?

As mentioned above, if you are not careful, you may end up violating the Liquor Tax Act.

When you make sangria by soaking fruit in wine, the fruit re-ferments, producing a new alcoholic beverage.

A license is required to produce alcohol, so producing alcohol without a license is a violation .

…and, ,

Putting aside the difficult topics,

"Just before drinking, add fruit or something and drink it all on the spot, then throw away any leftover."

So don't worry, there's no problem.
